現為私人執業註冊營養師,創辦「營匯專業營養顧問中心」,持有香港大學及英國University of Ulster 頒發的有營養治療碩士及營養治療深造文憑、香港中文大學食品及營養學學士、中醫營養學專業持續教育文憑及NLP執行師證書等。曾為香港執業營養師公會副主席(2003-2004)及現時是香港營養師協會及香港執業營養師公會之會員。
陳勇堅專注為糖尿病、痛風、腎病、肝病、高膽固醇、過胖、過輕等病患者提供飲食治療之建議。David 更於多間醫院及診所作客席營養師,例如:東區尤德醫院、寶血醫院、仁安醫院、聯合醫務、綜合醫務中心等等。David 亦替不同媒體專欄寫作如明報周刊、BUPA 健康網頁等,亦是【Keep Fit食通天 】及【OL營養全攻略 】作者。
David Chan is the founder of Tetra Nutritional Consultation Centre. He holds a Master degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Postgraduate diploma in Dietetics from the University of Ulster and the University of Hong Kong and B.Sc in Food and Nutritional Sciences. He was the Vice President (2003-2004) of Hong Kong Practising Dietitians Union (PDU). He is also a member of Hong Kong Dietitians Association and PDU.
As a private practicing registered Dietitian, David provides clients with dietary advice on a host of diseases and conditions including diabetes, gout, cancer, renal failure, liver failure, dyslipidaemia, overweight, underweight and malnutrition. He is also a consulting dietitian with various hospitals and clinics such as PYNEH, Precious Blood Hospital, Union Hospital, Humphreys & Partners Medical Centre, UMP Medical Centre, etc. He is the author of “Keep Fit – Eating Out” and nutrition related articles in magazines and websites. |
